At Combination Shayari, we place the highest importance on transparency and user satisfaction. This policy explains how the cancellation and refund process works.

1. Service Nature

Combination Shayari is a digital content-based platform where poetry generation/search occurs through an automated system. Because it is a digital service, the service is considered delivered immediately upon activation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If the user has activated a paid feature/subscription, it may be canceled before activation.
• Cancellation after activation will only be possible in special cases (such as a technical error).
• The Company may cancel any service if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Duplicate payments due to a technical error
• Service failure to activate after a successful payment
• Incorrect debit due to a system error

To process a refund, the user must:

• Provide a Payment ID / Transaction ID
• Submit a refund request within 7 days

An approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
